We welcome everyone aged 16 or over (volunteers under 18 require parental or guardian consent) who is responsible, reliable and enjoys working with people. Previous experience is not required – enthusiasm and a willingness to help are what matter most.

Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Participation or confirmation of your volunteer service or internship, which you may use for academic or professional purposes.
VOLUNTEER ROLES
ACCREDITATION
Help register teams, media representatives and guests. Your warm welcome will create the first impression of the Championships.
INFORMATION POINTS
Assist visitors with information about the venues, race programme and event activities. Be their first point of contact throughout the Championships.
LOGISTICS
Support the organising team with daily operations, equipment preparation and logistics to ensure the event runs smoothly.
STEWARDING
Help maintain safety along the race route, guide spectators and support traffic management. Play an important role in creating a safe environment for everyone involved.
MEDIA
Support the Media Centre and assist journalists, photographers and broadcast crews. Experience the Championships from inside the Media Centre.
VENUE SET-UP
Help prepare the venues before the Championships and assist with dismantling after the event. Contribute to creating a first-class experience for athletes and spectators alike.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
AVAILABILITY
You can volunteer for a single day, several days or throughout the entire Championships. Simply indicate your availability in the application form and we will do our best to match your preferences.
VOLUNTEER TRAINING
Before the Championships, all volunteers will take part in an online training session covering their roles, the event schedule and everything they need to know to perform their duties successfully.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
For most volunteer roles, a good command of Slovenian is sufficient. Knowledge of English or other foreign languages is an advantage, particularly when assisting teams, media representatives and international visitors.
