Two European titles in the mixed team relay were decided in Šenčur. Italy claimed the junior title, while France successfully defended their crown in the elite category. Slovenia finished seventh among the juniors and fifth among the elite teams.

The Italian juniors prevailed over Poland and Switzerland in a field of 11 national teams. The winning line-up consisted of Enrico Andrea Balliana, Brandon Fedrizzi, Patrick Pozzo Rosola, Azzurra Ballan, Elisa Bianchi and Matilde Rossignoli.

“It was a really strong team performance. We wanted to build as big a gap as possible. After the descent, all three of us pushed very hard, and then the girls also did a great job,” Balliana said after the victory.

Slovenia was represented by Val Kobe, Luka Maksimović and Miha Otoničar, alongside Rebeka Gonza, Lina Mehle and Pina Šiler. The Slovenian team finished seventh.
