The 2026 UEC European Road Championships will offer much more than top-level racing, with a wide range of activities taking place alongside the competition. Fan zones and large screens will come to life in Šenčur and other locations along the route, while visitors can also look forward to concerts, local cuisine, family activities and many other experiences throughout the Championships.

One of only four 1:10 scale models of the COLNAGO Y1Rs will be on display, based on the bike Tadej Pogačar rode to win the 2025 World Championship title.

Watch the races along the route and on a large screen, with food and drinks available and a stand selling fan merchandise.
Zaplata Fan Zone | Zaplata
Live race coverage on a large screen, a tent, food and drinks, cheering and socialising. The fan zone will be open on Saturday, 3 October; Sunday, 4 October; Tuesday, 6 October; and Wednesday, 7 October 2026.
The Cycling Spirit of Preddvor | Preddvor
From 2 to 7 October, Dvor Castle and other locations will host Baroque and Medieval Days, performances, guided castle tours, a fashion show, music events, DJ parties, vintage cyclists and other accompanying activities.

A lively cheering atmosphere will accompany the riders as they pass through Komenda.
Dreams of the Forest | Klanec, Komenda
A Kamnik-based artist will create an art installation made of silk ribbons alongside the route in Komenda, as a tribute to Tadej Pogačar and the cyclists, set in a forest damaged by this year’s storm. The visual experience will be complemented by original music and a piano performance.
